Come across many t-shirt brands that claim to be about Marvel 80 Years Comic Events Celebration Front Shirt . A cause that is greater than just selling t-shirts, only to find out that said cause was nothing more than a clever marketing ploy. Since the day I first came in contact with , I’ve noticed that everything about them is…well…different. They’re a brand run exclusively by marginalized youth from Portland, Oregon. Their mission is to get these young people get off of the streets and into a life more worthy of themselves as unique, beautiful individuals. They celebrate their differences and use them as inspiration for their t-shirt designs. In doing so, they’ve created a line-up of t-shirts and other gear that are unlike anything else you’ll find.

I had the chance to find out a bit more about dfrntpigeon in a recent interview Marvel 80 Years Comic Events Celebration Front Shirt . Here is what they had to say about themselves and what they represent… We are a collective of young creatives with varying abilities in illustration, graphic design, and copywriting. We design each collection as a group, united by an overarching theme (“Identity”, “Community”, “Transition”). We involve an intimate team of volunteer mentors from our local professional design community at different stages in our process, who support us in evolving our graphics and creating a cohesive collection for our customer.  We love our support team of professional mentors who volunteer their time to help our brand exist. We are motivated by the desire to create positive change in our communities and the lives of those around us. We want to inspire people to create, grow, and see their value regardless of the challenges they have faced. According to Napoleon Love, Afro Space was started for the people and by the people in the Midwest, USA. His goal was to create a Black ‘Ed Hardy’ feel in their designs to engage the urban, music, and skateboard.

These cotton t-shirts have a nice feel to them.
I did NOT try them on before I washed them and my 2XL t-shirts fit perfectly, but I do believe they shrunk about 1/2 size from just looking at them but boy do they feel nice when you put them on!!

    Nice thick t-shirts
I bought these hoping they will keep their shape. My old t-shirts have gotten ‘bacon neck’. The necks are all stretched out. I hope these hold up well. I have worn and washed a couple of times so far and they feel and look good.

    Decent Tees
I’ve ordered these 10 or 12 times in different colors. Haven’t had any problems with them being rough or scratchy or seams coming undone. I live in the south so they are plenty heavy enough. I would call them a medium weight cotton. After washing and drying they’re still longer than the other brands I’ve tried from Walmart. I like my Tees over-sized so I order a xxxl. For the price I cant complain
